We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your Sketch Friend, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the boots must be unused and in their original condition. This includes being unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or signs of wear.
- The boots must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories or inserts.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@easybreathy.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or there was an error with the order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to our warehouse.
Refunds Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned boots, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items not in their original condition (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) will not be eligible for a refund.
- Any return initiated beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
